Born rivals, Chris Eubank Jr (35-3, 25 KOs) and Conor Benn (23-1, 14 KOs), produced an instant classic on April 26, 2025, when the family enemies went to war over 12-rounds at Tottenham Hotspur stadium in London.
It was the Brighton boxer who had has hand raised with unanimous scores of 116-112, but they both emerged with honour for giving the fights fans a spectacle that was far better than could have been expected.
After the fight, there appeared to be some mutual respect between them, with Eubank Jr saying he was surprised by Benn and how good he was, saying that he underestimated him because he had expected to break him early.
However, despite that praise, Eubank Jr has since revealed he did not shake Conor Benn's hand after their 12-round war due to one reason only.
"I did not shake his hand, I didn't congratulate him, and I didn't speak to him.
"In my mind, this kid is still a drugs cheat.
"He still tried to cheat before our first fight, and never owned up to it.
"I can't forgive that until there is some accountability."
