Tyson Fury comes back to fight Arslanbek Makhmudov live on history-making Netflix show
Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs) vs Arslanbek Makhmudov (21-2, 19 KOs) has finally been made official after a whole month of rumours, but there a few surprises with the announcement.
The Queensberry heavyweight, known as “The Gypsy King”, will have his 38th pro fight live on Netflix on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
The fight will make history as Netflix’s first live broadcast from the UK, and The Ring have promised a star-studded undercard supporting the main event, to be announced in the coming weeks.
Ahead of the April showdown, Fury and Makhmudov will embark on a multicity press, details to be revealed very soon.
His Excellency Turki Alalshikh, along with Sela and The Ring, stated, “We are happy that Tyson decided to come out of retirement for what should be an exciting heavyweight clash against Makhmudov.”

Fury is boxing’s ultimate anomaly: Standing 6-foot-9, he moves like a smaller fighter, with slick footwork and remarkably quick hands that have helped him outbox his opponents, including Deontay Wilder and Wladimir Klitschko.
This fight will mark Fury’s highly anticipated return to his home turf, more than three years after his last appearance in a British ring, in December 2022 against Derek Chisora.

Netflix and Fury are currently in production on the hit documentary series At Home with the Furys. The second season is scheduled to premiere this spring.
