Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach five-fight undercard announced
Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach takes place on Friday, July 24 at the Max Muaythai stadium in Payttaya, Thailand, one day before Anthony Joshua makes his comeback against Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia.
Not only are the heavyweight rivals fighting one day apart, in preparation for an impending November showdown, but they also announced their fight undercards just a day apart.
Joshua vs Prenga boasts two world title fights on the undercard, but Fury's event is quite understated in comparison. However, including Fury there will be five British boxers in action in Asia.

Daniel 'Triple D' Baer (.15-1-1, 14 KOs) has stopped all but one of his opponents and has collected IBF and IBO European heavyweight titles.
The 30-year-old German's only defeat came at the hands of rising star Granit Stein, who just sent boxing legend Felix Sturm into retirement last weekend. Baer had one scorecard in his favour at 116-112, but the other two judges went against him. He also suffered another setback in his last outing in January when he was held to a draw by 9-0 unbeaten Austrian, Seun Salami.
With only two wins in his last four fights, the powerful heavyweight will be looking for a statement win while he gets his moment in the spotlight. The German stands at almost 6ft 9in.
From Redditch, England, undefeated heavyweight Simon Ibekwe (6-0, 3 KOs) will be the man standing in the opposite corner, also eager to take his chance in the biggest occasion of his three-year pro career.
Also 30, Ibekwe has won all six bouts so far, but mostly against journeymen, however, in July 2025, the Midlander defeated Middlesbrough man 4-0 Will Howe over six rounds to take his unbeaten record.
Michael Alan Flannery vs TBA

29-year-old light-heavyweight prospect Michael Alan Flannery (14-1, 12 KOs) has only been defeated by a world champion so far in his 10-year pro career.
After reaching 13-0, the Brit was stopped in his fight abroad in Canada by the now WBA light-heavyweight champion, Albert Ramirez.
Based in Bangkok, 'Miley Wileman' has had a stop-start career, which has seen miss all of 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023. However, the Lancashire man has fought six times within the last two years, putting his career firmly back on track.

Australian Lucas Dassios (1-0, 1 KO) fights just two months on from his pro debut in May, where he knocked out his fellow Melbourne cruiserweight, Matthew Erceg, in 165 seconds.
Mark Ahondjo vs TBA

Leicester's Mark Ahondjo (1-0-1, 1 KO) fought twice in 2025, winning his pro bow in Leicester Arena just 15 seconds into the second round, then he was held to a draw in his second outing in Derby.
The undefeated heavyweight stands at 6ft 5in and is just 27-years-old.
Arlo Stephens vs TBA

York's Arlo Stephens (2-0, 1 KO) won both bouts in 2024, but hasn't fought for over a year now.
As an amateur, he was a 2023 Senior Elite ABA finalist. Incidentally, the man he beat in the semis to advance to the final was the aforementioned Mark Ahondjo.
His inspiration to take up boxing came from being snubbed for a selfie by Anthony Joshua. The day after being refused a selfie, he went straight to York Boxing Club for the first time ever. He recalled, “I don’t know if he didn’t hear me or he snubbed me, but he didn’t give me the picture. He took a picture with my best friend, who was standing next to me, but not me. From then on, I was like ‘I’ll show you, I’ll be up there with you’. Literally the next day, I walked into a boxing gym for the first time in York and I never looked back.
“Also, after seeing him in person, I saw he was no different – same size, same height, about the same weight. I thought ‘if you can do it, why can’t I?’”
