Three months on from his impressive display in front of thousands in Mumbai, Callum Dan returns for his eight professional fight, challenging for the Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) Youth Super Middleweight title against Poramin Saengpak on Saturday 25th July 2026, at The World Siam stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
At just 17, Callum looks to win his second professional title, having already won the Asian Boxing Federation (ABF) Silver Middleweight Championship by third-round stoppage in October 2025. Saengpak is an experienced 21 year old (23-15-0, 18 KOs) proving another test for Callum who continues to build his in-ring experience. This fight sees Callum step up two weight divisions from his last fight, a deliberate move by his team to broaden his experience and test him against a new class of opponent.
Thailand has become somewhat of a second home for Callum; this will be Callum’s seventh professional fight in Thailand, with all of his previous wins in Thailand coming inside the distance.
With only two weeks' rest after his hard-fought bloody brawl in Mumbai, Callum returned to training in anticipation of a July fight. Those closest to him say he is in great shape, the best version of himself since he turned professional in April 2025 aged 16. The full-time commitment to training and development is paying dividends, with Callum and his team looking to demonstrate this in the ring where it really counts.
Now well versed in fighting in Thailand, Callum will pack his luggage, and make the familiar 7,000-mile journey from his hometown in Plymouth, raring to go on 25th July. All those supporting him at home, and around the world, will firmly believe that his luggage on the return leg will be a little heavier, and include another title to add to his collection.
The fight will be streamed live on TrillerTV.com across the world. For media enquiries, interviews, or further information:
