Lomachenko, Usyk, Anatoly Lomachenko and Egis Klimas, honored during WBC convention

During the World Boxing Council 57th annual convention, in Cancun, Quintana Roo, the World Boxing Council presented special recognitions to extraordinary men who have revolutionized the world of boxing with their distinctive skills and achievements.

Vasiliy Lomachenko and Oleksander Usyk, were recognized by the boxing family for their tremendous and intrepid performances inside the ring, defeating all the elite opposition they have faced in recent years. Both are among  the current  Top 5 of best pound for pound fighters.

Anatoly Lomachenko, was lauded and awarded  for his meaningful contributions to the development of boxing, as with  his inspirational tutelage, the Sport has resurfaced and significantly expanded, with great technique and class, throughout Ukraine.

The WBC family also recognized the efforts of Egis Klimas, with a special award for his dedicated work in bringing supreme Ukrainian boxing talent to the World stage.
