Tyson Fury punched Micah Richards as part of a segment on the hit TV show, A League of Their Own.
Ahead of his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk in December, the Morecombe man was invited on the show, hosted by Romesh Ranganathan, for a comedy segment for the Season 19 premiere, which airs on January 9 at 9pm.
36-year-old Richards was hanging in the air inside a blue punchbag, which the former two-time world heavyweight champion was instructed to strike.
Former England international Micah Richards said, "To be honest, I thought he was going to hit me harder. He actually went a bit soft.
"It was really nice meeting him away from elite sport. Sometimes, if you saw him at a boxing match, he might say, 'Hello', but he is in the zone, isn't he?
"To see him out of work and just so humble and nice, he was like a big, friendly giant. Some people come on this show and you might think they'll be really funny or really angry.
"Whatever it may be, it could be a sporting legend, but I was really intrigued to see what he was going to be like, but he is so humble. It was certainly a big draw, getting him on - he is unbelievable."
