Krzysztof Glowacki banned for four years

Krzysztof Glowacki tested positive for the banned substance boldenone in a UKAD test following his defeat to Richard Riakporhe last year and subsequently banned for four years.

Now 37, the Polish puncher was a WBO World cruiserweight champion between 2015-2016.

His last fight with British boxer Riakporhe was in January 2023, which he lost via fourth-round TKO.

He has now moved into MMA, which has angered fans even further.

Glowacki made his mixed martial arts debut against Patryk Tołkaczewski on June 3, 2023 at XTB KSW 83: Colosseum 2. He won the bout via knockout in the first round after hitting Tołkaczewsk with left hook while being mounted, which knocked Tołkaczewsk out.

"Should be banned everywhere," was one reaction on X.

Another echoed that opinion, "That rules needs changing to all combat sports."
