Keith "One Time" Thurman (31-1, 23KO) is back! The former world champion from Florida stopped Australian Brock Jarvis (22-2, 20KO) in round three in his first fight back on over a year.

Fighting for the first time since 2022, Thurman hurt Jarvis with a left hook to the body with just over one minute to go in the third round.

Jarvis was noticeably affected and backed up, as Thurman followed up with a right hand. The former WBA and WBC champion then closed the distance and threw a four-punch combination, with the final shot — a left uppercut — doing all the damage and sending Jarvis onto the canvas.

The emphatic victory could see Thurman, now 36, finally fight rival Tim Tszyu (24-2, 17KO) next, but the Aussie star has to get past Joey Spence on April 3 first.

If the 30-year-old "Soul Taker" wins next month, then the clash with Keith will be scheduled for July 6 on the Gold Coast, Australia.

The son of boxing legend Kostya Tszyu is aiming to bounce back from successive defeats to Sebastian Fundora (SD12) and Bakhram Murtazaliev (TKO3), both bouts took place in 2024. Prior to that, Tim was on a meteoric rise, culminating in collecting the WBO world super-welterweight title.

Thurman and Tsyzu were due to meet in 2024, but the American withdrew through injury. So this potential match has been over a year in the making, but it all tilts on Tsyzu getting back to winning ways.

The victor declared, “Yeah, I just raised the bar.”

Then Thurman turned his attention to Tszyu to send a direct message to his rival, “Send me that contract. I’ll sign it, I’ll be happy to make that fight.”

Undercard Results

Michael Zerefa vs Besir Ay: In the Co-Star fight, Michael Zerafa got the better of Besir Ay by knocking him out in the seventh round, in the middleweight category.

Mateo Tapia vs Sergei Vorobov: The Tijuana, fighter took the win of the bout ending it the fifth round with a right hook.

Tonga Tongotongo vs Kirra Ruston: In the semi-heavyweight bout, the Australian Kirra Ruston came out victorious. With 20 seconds left in the sixth round, Ruston sent Tongotongo to the canvas with a thudding combination and, although his compatriot managed to get up, the corner decided that he could not go to the eighth round.

Sonny Knight vs Jordan Martin: To kick off the card in Sydney, Australia, Sonny Knight took the win in the 4-round fight by unanimous decision.
