Eddie Hall lashes out at boxing fans: “They’re the worst fans on planet earth”

Eddie Hall: “I hate boxing fans”

The World's Strongest Man 2017, Eddie “The Beast” Hall, has called out boxing fans just a couple of weeks after his loss to Tommy Fury in Manchester on June 13.

Speaking to Fight Your Corner, in partnership with Midnite, Hall scalded, “I want to call out boxing fans, specifically boxing fans. Not MMA fans, not fighting fans, just boxing fans.

“They’re the worst fans on planet earth. They remind me of the Simpsons mob, they’ll have an argument across the street, then change sides depending on what a fighter does. They’re all f*****g experts. I’ve had a lot said about me in my life, but boxing fans, they all think they’re experts. They’re all better than you, all harder than you, would’ve done this and that better.

“Someone was giving me s**t online, and I click on his account, and he’s a barber!”

The 38-year-old from Newcastle added, “I feel like boxing takes away my best attribute, which is my strength, whereas in MMA, my best strength is my strength. When you get on the floor with somebody, they might be much more highly skilled than you but you can grab, move out the way and smash. That’s where I feel most at home. Whatever comes in the next few years, whether it’s boxing, MMA, I’m happy to do both.

“I would love to fight for a world title in KSW. Phil De Fries has been the heavyweight champion for 12 years, maybe more, and we’ve been in talks [to fight].”
