Ebanie Bridges all set for New Years showdown in San Juan

Former IBF world bantamweight champion Ebanie Bridges (9-2, 4 KOs) kicks off the boxing New Year by travelling over 4,000 miles to San Juan for an eight-round scrap.

The OnlyFans star, who recently became a mum for the first time, will clash with Alexis Araiza Mones (3-2-1, 1 KO), live on DAZN, on the undercard of Amanda Serrano vs Reina Tellez.

The Australian star takes on American Alexis Araiza Mones at San Juan, Puerto Rico, on a Jake Paul part-promoted bill.

The eight two-minute rounds at the Coliseo Roberto Clemente on January 3 will be her first professional bout since losing her IBF title in San Francisco in 2023.

Since then, she and her partner Kell Brook, himself a former IBF world champion at welterweight, have had a child and begun on a new life together in Sheffield.

However, boxer Ebanie now wants to rule the world again at 118 pounds.

Her Sheffield trainer Daz Medcalf, from Riley's gym, posted: "Roll on Jan 3rd the original and best Blonde Bomber is back. We roll into Puerto Rico as a team and @ebanie_bridges gets to do what she does and throw some bombs."

It is quite a start to 2026 for Ebanie, who has son Ezerra Ray with her in Puerto Rico, as well as her partner, Kell Brook, who is also scheduled to fight early this year. Brook plans to honour the late Ricky Hatton by taking his place in Dubai, on February 13, against Eisa Al Dah, in an event called "Destiny in the Desert".

It will be Brook's first return to the ring sine retiring in 2022.
