Three exciting showdowns featuring all-action contenders, rising prospects and more will round out a loaded four-fight PBC Championship Boxing on Prime Video card on Saturday, April 5 leading up to the return of former super welterweight world champion and Australian superstar Tim Tszyu, taking on rising contender Joey Spencer in the main event live from the Newcastle Entertainment Centre in Australia.

The Tszyu-Spencer event will begin at an updated start time of 10pm ET / 7pm PT, with the action streaming exclusively on Prime Video for all Prime members in the United States and select countries.

Three-division world champion Abner Mares and renowned boxing commentator Mauro Ranallo provide commentary and analysis between fights from a studio location for fans watching on Prime Video.

In the co-main event, a heavyweight rematch will see the undefeated Brandon Grach duel Liam Talivaa in a scheduled eight-rounder.

Plus, exciting middleweight contender Endry Saavedra steps in to face Denmark’s Mikkel Nielsen in a 10-round attraction and contender Koen Mazoudier takes on Australian super welterweight champion Dan Hill in a 10-round matchup that kicks off the card.

BRANDON GRACH vs LIAM TALIVAA

A heavy-handed 32-year-old heavyweight, Grach (3-0, 2 KOs) will rematch Talivaa after the pair engaged in a fast-paced November 2023 duel that saw deliver emphatically end the action with a highlight-reel knockout late in round two. Grach has fought professionally since September 2023, with his three opponents sporting a combined 12-0 record. The Newcastle-native most recently earned a third-round stoppage of John Maila last July.

Born in New Zealand and now fighting out of Sydney, Talivaa (6-1, 2 KOs) will look for revenge against Grach in this showdown that serves as a title eliminator for the Australian Heavyweight Title. The 30-year-old built up a 5-0 record after turning pro in October 2022 heading into the first fight against Grach, and most recently got back into the win column with a shutout unanimous decision over Johan Linde in July of last year.

ENDRY SAAVEDRA vs MIKKEL NIELSEN

Originally from Venezuela and now fighting out of Tijuana, Mexico, Saavedra (16-1-1, 13 KOs) steps back into action after delivering one of 2024’s most dramatic bouts last October on Prime Video, as he fought undefeated contender Cesar Mateo Tapia to a highly-debated majority-draw in a bout that saw both fighters hit the canvas. Saavedra entered that fight having knocked out three straight opponents since the only defeat of his career, an October 2022 decision against Etoundi Michel William. The 33-year-old turned pro in 2018 and won his first 13 bouts after an extensive amateur career that saw him fight around the world against a bevy of future pro contenders.

A native of Haderslev, Denmark, Nielsen (13-2, 5 KOs) most recently delivered a second-round TKO of Renato Egedi last May to capture the WBO’s European Middleweight Title. A pro since 2016, Nielsen will enter this bout on a five-fight winning streak that dates back to 2020. Nielsen’s only defeats have come via a pair of close decisions, and he’ll fight in Australia for the first time on April 5, after previously fighting in Hungary, Belgium, Sweden and his native Denmark as a pro. Nielsen also owns a quality amateur pedigree that includes a challenge of reigning welterweight world champion Eimantas Stanionis.

KOEN MAZOUDIER vs DAN HILL

The 29-year-old Mazoudier (12-4-1, 5 KOs) returns to the ring after coming up on the short end of an action-packed August 2024 showdown against Australian star Nikita Tszyu, the younger brother of Tim Tszyu. Mazoudier first turned pro in 2018, winning his first six-fights before a majority decision defeat in November 2019. A native of Blacktown, New South Wales, Mazoudier stopped the previously undefeated Travis Druce in March 2024 prior to the matchup against Tszyu.

Fighting out of Buderim, Queensland, Australia, Hill (7-1, 3 KOs) has faced stiff competition throughout his pro career that dates back to 2022, with his previous eight opponents sporting a combined record of 48-3. Hill first captured the Australian super welterweight title with a victory over Victor Nagbe in April 2023 and enters this bout on a three-fight winning streak, with his most recent triumph coming last September as he regained the title via unanimous decision over Lewis Chadwick.
