Clash of the KO Kings - Eduardo Hernandez vs Roger Gutierrez

The super featherweight clash between Eduardo “Rocky” Hernandez (28-0, 25KO) and Roger “The Kid” Gutierrez (21-3-1, 18KO) at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, has all the ingredients of snap, crackle and pop!

Mexican 'Rocky', 21 from Mexico City, has notched slam dunk impressive knockout victories in the first round of nine fights, while Roger has achieved this grand slam in seven of his fights. He remains unbeaten in 28 contests, 25 of which he has won by knockout, with an impressive streak of 22 consecutive knockouts. While 24-year-old Venezuelan Gutierrez has 18 knockouts in 21 victories, with his last 10 victories coming by KO.

Hernandez captured the WBC Youth World Super Featherweight Title in April 2017 and has successfully defended the strap on five occasions.

Gutierrez hasn't been involved in any championship contests during his 25-bout professional career.

Hernandez makes his second consecutive fight in the United States, as part of the card that will be broadcast on Saturday. Topping the bill is Rey Vargas, who`s defending the absolute WBC super bantamweight belt against  interim champion, Tomoki Kameda.
