British middleweight Chris Eubank Jr has reportedly penned partnership with Sauerland Brothers, wants big fights in 2021

Chris Eubank Jr has reportedly signed a deal to fight under the Team Sauerland stable after being out of action since his victory over Matt Koborov back in 2019 due to the ongoing uncertainty around the coronavirus pandemic.

The British fighter wants to return to the ring in 2021 irrespective of the global situation affecting sport, and is no stranger to boxing action in Germany defeating German fighter Arthur Abraham earlier in his career.

According to Bild, the Team Sauerland stable were extremely eager to begin the new year with a bang after a seemingly quiet year last time out and have made the acquisition of the British middleweight and have promised to make the bigger fights at middleweight to further his career under manager and father Chris Eubank.

The 31-year-old wants to return to the top of the middleweight scene after seeking guidance from legendary former fighter Roy Jones Jr who is fresh off the back of an appearance with Mike Tyson in an exhibition contest.

He currently holds the WBA interim middleweight title after his previous victory and could target a bout with Ryota Murata for the world title belt.
