Over the past year, Corrigan has become a fan favourite with Perth fight fans with his aggressive approach and knockout power.
Currently riding an undefeated record of 5-0, Corrigan sets his sights on the second championship of his career when he fights Micah Rivetti for a second time.
The pair first met back in March for the state light heavyweight title, where the Irishman earned a clear but competitive split-decision victory.
Since then, Corrigan has relocated to the Gold Coast to train alongside Angelo Hyder and the Moloney twins.
The state champion admitted that his preparation for the first fight was “not up to standard” and believes the changes made in his current camp will show on Friday night.
With another belt on the line and the desire to remove any remaining doubt, fans could be set to see a sharper and improved version of Corrigan in the second showdown with Rivetti.
Tanaka Saburi vs Bikash Rana

Despite suffering a loss in his professional debut, Tanaka “TSABZ” Saburi has quickly built momentum in the Perth boxing scene. With his smooth style, sharp jab, and defensive ability, The Aussie has developed a reputation as one of the city’s most entertaining young talents.
Now holding a 2-1 record, Saburi prepares to face his second international opponent in just his fourth professional fight, as he takes on Nepal’s Bikash Rana.
