Povetkin and Whyte square off in 'Rumble on the Rock' bill on Saturday night
GBN have provided viewers with all the details needed to tune in and watch the eagerly awaited rematch between heavyweights Alexander Povetkin (36-2-1 25KOS) and Dillian Whyte (27-2 18KOS) on Saturday night from Gibraltar.

Date
The card takes place on Saturday 27th March almost eight months after their initial fight, where Povetkin secured the stoppage victory over Whyte in the main event at Fight Camp.
Venue
The fight takes place in Gibraltar, at the Europa Point Sports Complex.
Rounds scheduled
12 three-minute rounds at heavyweight.
Titles
The WBC Interim World Heavyweight Title will be on the line once again.
Ringwalks/ Time
The ring walk is expected at approximately 10:30pm UK time but that will depend on the undercard results.
For fans from the United States, the main event will begin at approximately 3am ET.

Background
Alexander Povetkin and Dillian Whyte both fought back in August at Fight Camp, where Alexander Povetkin defeated Dillian Whyte with a huge uppercut that sent the latter out cold. The Russian had been on the canvas twice in the previous round, and looked completely out of the fight before the huge shot earned him the WBC interim title.
The Russian has just one other defeat to his name against Wladimir Klitschko, and a draw to American heavyweight Michael Hunter. He will come into the fight knowing a victory could land him one of his last opportunities in his career to become world champion, and face the winner of Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury.
Meanwhile, the British challenger dominated the early parts of the previous match-up and will hope that he can be more ruthless and end the fight this time round. With just one other defeat to Anthony Joshua during his professional career, Whyte will know that if he can turn this around, his world title ambitions will be firmly back on track after previously targeting Tyson Fury and a rematch with Joshua.

Prediction

Dillian Whyte has it all on the line in Gibraltar, with a loss not being good enough to reach the heights of his career, and get one step closer to the illusive world title shot. He was so close to ending the fight at Fight Camp back in August, but allowed his concentration to slip to allow one of last year's best knockouts.
He is the marginal favourite going into the fight, after his early domination but could once again be at risk of getting caught with a counter shot if he does not express his ruthless side.
Povetkin is still a very much underrated fighter on the heavyweight scene, and I feel did not quite get the credit he deserved for showing the steely grit and character to completely shock the world and flip the outcome on it's head.
But that being said, I would fancy Dillian Whyte to get the job done after he clearly showed his early power and can not let the Russian Vityaz off the hook, should he get a stoppage opportunity.
